....spent packing for Portugal. DD coming round tonight for curry and lasagne. And then early start tomorrow (0735 flight). Next posting will hopefully be from a sunny and warm villa in the Algarve. :-) J x
P.S. Had lunch with Sara yesterday. She looks and sounds well and had just finished her first exercise session at the hospital. She is also now 3 days beyond the 4 week period following a heart attack when the threat of a repetition is at its greatest. So well done Sara. Keep up the good work!
